Local move but it was not a good experience. On moving day, not enough trucks, lost a few items, broke several items and attitude when filing a claim. I will give them a rating of 2 because their movers were hard working and pleasant.

Also, we submitted a claim for damaged items. I think Jensen didn't know how to handle the truth and was upset with my honest reviews, that they denied our claim (see attached).Jensen responded to one of my reviews unprofessionally. Take that as a RED FLAG and find yourself a reputable mover.
