Do not know how to move things. We had to show them how get dressers up the stairs and help them. Scratched our hardwood floors. I can't say enough bad things about them. We did not choose them, they were subcontracted by American Van lines without our knowledge.

They were used via American Van Lines since I live in a small street. A box is missing. I did call the American Van Lines coordinator but since it took 10 days for them to get back to me on them having my stuff delivered, I probably won't hear from them for another 10 days or ever again.

I recently moved from NYC to New Jersey. This company provided excellent service and a good price! I can recommend Sprinter Van Lines and also ill use this company in the future. Thank you guys for your good service.
